User ID and Password
Once you receive a confirmation email, you may login using the user ID and password you entered in the online enrollment form. If you enrolled at one of our office locations, you may login with the user ID you provided and the temporary password that you received in your confirmation email. After your login is complete, you will be prompted to choose your own password.

PassMark
The first time you login, you will be prompted to choose a PassMark image and answer some security questions. Each time you login, we will present this image to you to verify you are at the TowneBank website and it is safe to enter your password. If a login attempt is made from a computer, not recognized as your own, these security questions will be asked.

90 Days Online Transaction History
Your online transaction history will begin to build on the date of your enrollment.  After you have been enrolled for 90 days, you will continue to have access to the previous 90 days of history.
