With TowneBank's "On Call" service, members can access their account information, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, through a personalized telephone service.

PIN Numbers: Members are given an initial PIN (personal identification number) when they open up their TowneBank account. This PIN can be changed by the member through the "On Call" system.
